How it works
From “I need to plan a party” to sorted
Go Bash does the matching, the requests and the chasing. You make the fun choices.
- 1
Tell us about the party
Type it in a sentence — “6th birthday, 15 kids, Hampton, dinosaurs” — or tap through four quick questions: age & numbers, date & area, theme and budget. You can skip anything you're not sure about.
- 2
Choose one of three matched parties
We show a Best match, a Budget-friendly option and Something different. Each pairs a venue and entertainer that are free on your date, close by and allowed to work together. Swap any part, or browse every option.
- 3
Add the extras
Cake, balloons, party bags, equipment hire — including talented local makers. Everything sits in one party basket with a clear total and price per child.
- 4
Send all requests in one tap
Each supplier has 48 hours to accept, ask a question or decline. If someone can't make it, we suggest a similar option straight away.
- 5
Invite guests and track RSVPs
Share one invite link on WhatsApp. Guests reply without making an account, and you see numbers and dietary notes in one place.
- 6
Party day
Everyone gets the same run-of-day — setup time, address and parking notes — and you get one contact sheet with every supplier's number.
What a request means — and what it doesn't
Requested
You've asked the supplier. Nothing is booked yet and you haven't paid.
Confirmed
The supplier has accepted your date and time. You arrange payment directly with them.
Declined or expired
They can't do it, or didn't reply within 48 hours. We'll suggest alternatives.
