1. Who we are

Go Bash (“we”, “us”) runs a website that helps parents and carers plan children's parties and send booking requests to independent party suppliers. [Company name, registered number and address to be added.]

2. What Go Bash does — and doesn't do

We help you discover suppliers, send requests and manage invites. Suppliers are independent businesses. When a supplier accepts your request, your contract for that service is with the supplier, not with Go Bash.

3. Requests and confirmations

Sending a request does not create a booking.
A booking is confirmed only when the supplier accepts it on Go Bash.
Payment, deposits and cancellations are agreed directly with each supplier, using the terms shown on their profile.

4. Your responsibilities

Give accurate party details, keep your sign-in secure, and only invite guests you have permission to contact.

5. Supplier information and checks

Suppliers provide their own descriptions, prices and photos. Where we show that we have seen a document (for example insurance or a DBS certificate), this means our team viewed it on the date shown. It is not a guarantee of a supplier's conduct.

6. Liability
