Privacy notice

The short version

We collect only what's needed to plan a party and pass requests to the suppliers you choose.
We never create public profiles for children or show their details publicly.
We ask for a child's age, not their date of birth. A first name or nickname is optional.
Guest dietary and allergy notes are visible only to the host and deleted after the party.
We don't sell your data.

What we collect

Parents/hosts: email address, name (optional), party details (date, area, number of children, age, theme, budget), requests and messages with suppliers.

Guests: name, RSVP, number attending and optional dietary notes, entered by the guest.

Suppliers: business and contact details, profile content, documents provided for checks (stored privately).

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers you send a request to receive your party details and contact name. Our service providers: Supabase (database, London region), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email). [Data processing terms to be confirmed.]

How long we keep it

[Retention periods to be set.] Guest dietary notes are deleted after the party date.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Email hello@gobash.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
